As this item is not Bespoke, should you not be happy with the product, simply contact us within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.

 

• Go to our Contact Us page, to register a return request
• We'll get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) to authorise the return.
• You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.
• Please use the original packaging that you received your item in.
• Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.
• Processing time is from 14 to 30 days.

 

Please note, if your returned product has been devalued by unnecessary handling, is partly assembled, or missing its original packaging, we may deduct this value from your refund.

 

This could cost up to the item's total purchasing price but will be explained before we process your refund.

If there are missing parts we can often send them out so you don't need to spend time sending the item back to us, contact us here with your request.

How to return a faulty product to us:

 

• It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver.
• Email any pictures of the damage to office@thetableguy.co.uk.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) that your item is damaged, if you would like a refund. Returns and exchanges received outside of this time frame will not be accepted
• Please use the original packaging that you received your item in, to receive a full refund.
• Any items that are returned to us in inadequate packaging, which subsequently get damaged in transit, will not be refunded
• Make sure you include all accessories that arrived with the product.
• Once we've received the product back we'll check it over and then contact you with the next steps within 14 days of receiving the product.
