Delivery is from 4 - 10 working days. Express delivery may be available upon request.
As this item is not Bespoke, should you not be happy with the product, simply contact us within 7 days from the day after delivery to return your order.
- Go to our Contact Us page, to register a return request
- We'll get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) to authorise the return.
- You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.
- Please use the original packaging that you received your item in.
- Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.
- Processing time is from 14 to 30 days.
Please note, if your returned product has been devalued by unnecessary handling, is partly assembled, or missing its original packaging, we may deduct this value from your refund.
This could cost up to the item's total purchasing price but will be explained before we process your refund.
If there are missing parts we can often send them out so you don't need to spend time sending the item back to us, contact us here with your request.

How to return a product to us:
- Contact us here to register your request with details of the damaged product.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item(s) if you would like a refund. Returns and exchanges received outside of this time frame will not be accepted
- Please use the original packaging that you received your item in, to receive a full refund.
- Any items that are returned to us in inadequate packaging, which subsequently get damaged in transit, will not be refunded
- Make sure you include all accessories that arrived with the product.
- Once we've received the product back we'll check it over and then contact you with the next steps within 14 days of receiving the product.
