Our Rustic X-Leg Dining Table is a bold, characterful centrepiece, handcrafted in the UK using reclaimed scaffold boards. Combining chunky solid timber with striking X-frame metal legs, this table is designed to bring warmth, strength, and presence to your dining space.

Every table is built bespoke, allowing you to choose the exact length, width, height, and finish to suit your home. Whether you’re furnishing a modern kitchen-diner or a more industrial-style interior, this design makes a confident statement.

Available in a wide range of sizes, from everyday family dining tables through to larger statement pieces for entertaining.

X-Leg Design – Strong, Structural & Striking

The X-frame metal legs provide excellent structural stability and give the table its distinctive industrial look. The intersecting frame design distributes weight evenly, making it ideal for longer and wider tables.

Because of the central X configuration:

Seating along the sides remains comfortable and spacious
End seating may be slightly restricted depending on table width
Tabletop overhang can be increased where required to improve end access

Legs are powder coated in your chosen RAL colour, allowing you to tailor the look from subtle to bold.

1. Sizing:

Consider how many people you'd like to seat, the chairs you have / will have & the available space. For our seating guidelines, head to our Design page.

2. Seating:

If you require seating, consider whether you would like to have Chairs, Benches or a mixture of both. Benches are generally space savers.

3. Colours:

Table top colour options are available by visiting our Interior Table Top Stain pages.
As your Table is totally bespoke, you have many factors to consider before ordering.

This will of course include;

The exact length, by default we have increments of 100mm, but you can have any length.

The width, largely this is governed by the boards but there are options.

Whether existing seating matches the table height, chairs with arms slide under the frame, plus the required number of chairs fit between the table legs.

Our standard table and bench measurements are:

Height of Table: 76cm (to the top edge) & 72cm (to the underside). Please ask if you require a bespoke height.

Bench Measurements: 330mm Wide x 460mm High x inside measurement of your table minus 40mm. End benches measure are the length of your chosen width of table. Side benches will nestle under the table when not in use.

Table Top Stains:

Constructed from sections of used scaffold boards, the boards benefit from repeated sanding that are then stained with either a Manns stain then coated with Fiddes Hard Wax Oil or an OSMO Stain.

The stain is always hard to see accurately in photos due to light variations, plus reclaimed boards mean no two boards are the same, so will take the stain slightly differently. We do endeavour to get as close as match as possible on all our samples, but there may be a slight differences.

Metal Legs:

The metal legs as 80mm x 80mm square with a 5mm x 100mm top plate, powder coated to your choice of RAL colour.

As standard, all powder coating legs are satin, but we do have the option of Matt and Gloss, if requested.

Unusual RAL colours may increase lead times & incur an extra cost, please enquire before ordering.

Serving Boards
As with all wooden indoor furniture, your table (and benches) will require some aftercare. This will of course depend on where your table is kept e.g south facing conservatories.

The tabletop finish is hardy and does not require much care, however we do recommned a suitable furniture wax (not spray) from time to time - available in store.

If your table is delivered during the winter months, we strongly advise not to place it near a heat source or in a hot room for a few weeks so that the table can slowly settle to it's new environment,

Brilliant team!!

Found the Table guy on the internet after a previous company we had ordered from let us down. So glad they did! Beautiful piece of furniture which completes the new room in our extension perfectly. The guy who delivery and assembled the table was also brilliant, as were the whole team.
